MIKE WATT
From San Pedro, California. The former bass player for The Minutemen and fIREHOSE. Watt made his debut solo cd with so many guest musicians and vocalists, it seemed like a who's who of punk and alternative, all labeled under Watt's name. Watt found his own voice by his second cd, a self proclaimed punk opera! Recent years have Watt playing bass in the reformed version of The Stooges and as a studio sideman for Kelly Clarkson! Watt was also once married to former Black Flag member Kira Roessler. 1995-present.
