THE VERVE PIPE
From East Lansing, Michigan. Led by Brian Vander Ark (vocals/guitar) with A.J. Dunning (guitar), Doug Corella (keyboards), Brad Vander Ark (bass) and Donny Brown (drums). Breaking through to the public with the solemn track "The Freshman" gained the band much public attention. Their music is pop radio ready and they're very good at filling that small void between pop and alternative. 1993-present.
