From Portland, Oregon. Tommy Heath led his bar band into a smash with "867-5309" which in turn got the phone company pretty angry at him, not to mention the people that had that phone number anywhere the song was a hit! After fifteen years, Tommy released a new album in 1998. 1980-83/1998-present.
