From New York City.  Led by David Bowie (vocals/guitar) with Reeves Gabrel (guitar), Tony Sales (bass) and Hunt Sales (drums).  As a side project, this is great straight ahead rock, far departed from Bowie's artier or dance forays.  Bowie's association with the Sales brothers goes way back to the days when they were members of Iggy Pop's backing band.  A successful project from an artistic standpoint, the public just weren't that thrilled.  Hunt and Tony Sales are the sons of comic legend Soupy Sales!  1989-91.
