TEENAGE FANCLUB
From Glasgow, Scotland. Led by Norman Blake (vocals/guitar) with Gerard Love (bass), Raymond McGinley (guitar) and Paul Quinn (drums). Scottish guitar pop with a fuzzy feel, almost like grunge but not quite! Like their idols Big Star, they are fantastic purveyors of power pop, loved by critics and sadly ignored by radio in the U.S. The band have lately been issuing collaborations with other artists. 1990-present
