SUGAR BABY DOLL
From Minneapolis, Minnesota. Originally called Sugar Babylon, this group was a proving ground for members Kat Bjelland (Babes In Toyland), Courtney Love (Hole) and Jennifer Finch (L7). The women were all close buddies but internal issues caused a riff between Bjelland and Love resulting in a multi-year feud, often evidencing itself in the lyrics to songs in their later groups. 1987.
