STAIND

From Springfield, Massachusetts. Led by Aaron Lewis (vocals) with Johnny April (bass), Mike Mushok (guitar) and Jon Wysocki (drums). A hard, second wave grunge sound that is either flogging a dead horse or perhaps opening a new chapter for grunge. They were aided in securing a major label deal through the efforts of Limp Bizkit's Fred Durst. To further the cause Lewis and Durst released an acoustic performance of "Outside" from the Family Values 2001 Tour album that opened the credibility door for them in a big way. 1996-present.
