SPRUNG MONKEY
From San Diego, California. Led by Steve Summers (vocals) with William "Chuck" Riley (guitar), Tony Delocht (bass), "Mailman" Mike Summers (guitar) and Ernie Longoria (drums). Funky and punky! The name of the band is a slang term meaning: a male member that "springs" to life very quickly. After touring on the Vans Warped tour and co-headlining with many of their popular peers, they seemed poised for greatness but their small independent label folded leaving them dead in the water. 1993-2001.
