RUTH RUTH

From New York City.  Led by Chris Kennedy (vocals/bass) with Mike Lustig (guitar), Michael Kotch (guitar) and Chris Nakata (drums).  Classic garage rock, they take their name from the villain in the Lily Tomlin film "The Incredible Shrinking Woman".  After several difficulties with the record labels, Ruth Ruth decided to no longer exist as Ruth Ruth.  Apparently all members stayed but they changed their name to Afterlife.  This however gave way to Ultra-V and eventually once again they are Ruth Ruth.  1995-present.
