RHYTHM CORPS

From Detroit, Michigan.  Led by Michael Persh (vocals) with Richie Lovsin (drums), Greg Apro (guitar) and Davey Holmbo (bass).  Another forgotten band of the mid-80's that managed to sneak onto the charts but made little to no impact on the national level.  They should have stuck with their original name (Rhythm Method) which might have brought them more attention, unfortunately another band owned the name.  Their lone hit "Common Ground" is a typical M-TV 80's ballad that betrays the brilliant power pop that this band was capable of producing.  The band continued to play out until late 1995.  1984-91.
