From England. Led by Will Birch (vocals/drums) with John Wickes (vocals/guitar), Huw Gower (guitar) and Phil Brown (bass). A pub rock band known for their power pop hit "Starry Eyes". Former guitarist Jude Cole has gone on to a substantial solo career. Their final studio album had a new vocalist named Chris Gent before the band finally split. A 1990 reunion with all original members resulted in a contribution to a Brian Wilson (Beach Boys) tribute cd! These days Birch is a noted music historian. 1979-82.
