REACHAROUND
From Los Angeles. Led by Matt Caisley (vocals/harmonica) with Ted Hutt (guitar), Jeff Peters (bass) and Scotty "Slam" Capizzano (drums). The membership of this mostly British band obviously feel their sound would appeal to Americans more than Brits. The sound was a rough mixture of 90's rock and grunge. Unverified rumor suggests that Slam was killed in a street fight and replaced by a former drummer for Human Drama. A one hit band of the 90's, the title of their album came from what Americans would tell the band, when the band would mention the humor of British comedian Tommy Cooper. Hutt and Peters later went on to form the band Jact. 1996.
