PYLON
From Athens, Georgia. Led by Vanessa Ellison-Briscoe (vocals) with Mike Lachowksi (bass), Randall Bewley (guitar) and Curtis Crowe (drums). Contemporaries of The B-52's and R.E.M., this band never found that level of success. After breaking up in 1983, they reunited five years later to try again. Without notice, this influential band returned again with a surprise reunion show on August 5, 2004. Pylon are back! 1980-83/1988-90.
