From San Diego, California. Led by Jack Butler (guitar) and Paul Shaffer (vocals) with Dean Smith (bass) and Jake Najor (drums). This band was a small reggae outfit on an independent label that had the good idea of asking toaster Pato Banton to toast all over their song "Absolute Perfection". Banton got attention that he needed to fuel his career while the band went nowhere! Amazingly this band still exists today and plays several nights a week in the San Diego area. They began as The Bratz in 1980 and released two albums before changing their name to Private Domain in 1985. 1980-present.
