From Los Angeles.  Led by Rob Zabrecky (vocals/bass) with Matt Devine (guitar) and Byron Reynolds (drums).  More power pop from L.A. The band named themselves after a fugitive seen on the television program "America's Most Wanted". Zabrecky has since turned into an professional magician!  1990-98.
