PLASTIC BERTRAND
From Belgium. A singer with an early Belgian punk band (Hubble Bubble), Roger Jouret came up with the first major European new wave hit in this bouncy hyper-kinetic song ("Ca Plane Pour Moi"). It was his only international hit. Jouret later became the owner of an art gallery, and a world champion Scrabble player! 1977-89.
