PEREGRINS
From New York City. Led by Deirdre Steinschneider (vocals) with Jeffrey Dresher (guitar), Julius Klepacz (drums), Eve Moon (guitar) and Fred Smith (bass). Guitar rock with the distinct sound of 10,000 Maniacs. This band had the good fortune of having Fred Smith from Television in the band. Some members of this band were also in Boston based group The Asphalt Cowboys which split and resulted in the formation of both The Peregrins and Rubber Rodeo. 1989.
