NORTHSIDE
From Manchester, England. Led by Warren "Dermo" Dermody (vocals) with Tim Walsh (guitar), Paul Walsh (drums) and Cliff Ogier (bass). Early 90's Britpop produced by Ian Broudie. The Manchester sound on their hit "Take 5" builds on the riff from the classic "Wild Thing". Dermody now leads the band Silent Partners but a revived interest in the Manchester sound has seen new Northside gigs in 2007! 1990-91.
