MARILYN

From Kingston, Jamaica and then London, England.  Initially and often dismissed as a Boy George doppelganger, Marilyn created a great one hit wonder with the song "Calling Your Name", a dance club smash and pop hit.  Starting out as a teenage Marilyn Monroe impersonator, he would vamp it up in clubs and word of mouth introduced him to many music stars including Boy George who he would have a close relationship with.  In 2002 he released, in a very limited quantity, a cd single of his version of the 60's classic "Spirit In The Sky".  1983-89/2002.
