MADE FOR TV
From the Baltimore/Washington D.C. area. Little today is known about this one hit wonder that released a timeless single called "So Afraid Of The Russians". Equal parts James Bond intrigue and cold war paranoia mingle with a guitar and drum urgency. Produced by John Cale, this one single at times, resembles the spoken word approach of The Nails in its dry sarcastic delivery. I'd love to give you more history on this band but there is none to be found on the internet, so I therefore invite the members of the band to contact me and fill in the blanks! 1983.
