MORPHINE
TREAT HER RIGHT
From
Boston, Massachusetts. Led by Mark Sandman (vocals/bass)
with Dana Colley (horns) and Billy Conway (drums).
Sandman and Conway
were previously a part of Treat Her Right, a blues based
rock band that found some airplay on album rock radio during the 80's.
The mutant punk blues of Morphine is light years away from their previous
sound. An innovative band that relied on
no guitar, they are college radio favorites and widely hailed by critics.
In a performance outside of
as Treat Her Right: 1986-91. as Morphine: 1992-98.
