LOW MILLIONS
From Los Angeles. Led by Adam Cohen (vocals) with Michael Chaves (guitar), Jorgen Carlsson (bass) and Erik Eldenius (drums). Cohen, the son of alternative folk legend Leonard Cohen was already a solo artist when he formed this band of mostly studio pros. Seeing an opportunity to play a more commercially acceptable form of pop might have been the inspiration for this unit. Truly an international band, (Cohen is Canadian with years in France, Eldenius and Carlsson are Swedes) it may also help them establish an audience of worldwide fans. More pop than alternative, they nonetheless have received hefty airplay on many alternative rock stations. 2005-present.
