From, California. Led by Chester Bennington (vocals) and Mike Shinoda (vocals), with Brad Delson (guitar), Joseph Hann (turntables), Phoenix (bass) and Rob Bourdon (drums). The band successfully became the kings of the rap-metal genre in 2001 capping an intense year with a Grammy award for best hard rock performance for their song "Crawling". Transcending the genre, they created a screaming vocal approach with a real musical talent that is all their own. 2001-present.
