PAUL KING
From Coventry, England (born in Galway, Ireland). Paul King (vocals) led the group that bore his name along with James "Jackel" Lantsbery (guitar), Tony Wall (bass), Mick Roberts (keyboards), and Adrian Lillywhite (drums). King was the former singer of ska outfit The Reluctant Stereotypes who made one album. New wave dance music along the same lines as Dead Or Alive. King also released an album under his full name as well. Lillywhite came to the group from The Members. Despite his evident success, King abandoned his music career and later showed up as a VJ on M-TV Europe and VH-1 Europe where he still works as a producer. 1984-87.
