K'S CHOICE
From Kapellen, Belgium. Led by brother and sister Gert Bettens (vocals/guitar) and Sarah Bettens (vocals/guitar) with Jan Van Sichem Jr. (guitar), Koen Lieckens (drums) and Eric Grossman (bass). Originally known as The Basement Plugs and then The Choice, they changed their name to K's Choice to avoid conflicts with another band who had the name The Choice in America. The band first drew attention with their international hit "Not An Addict". The band parted ways after their 2003 compilation but have toured in parts of the world as late as 2005. Sarah began releasing solo discs while Gert formed a band called Woodface. After six years apart, the band came back with a 2010 release. 1994-2004/2010-present.
