INSPIRAL CARPETS

From Oldham, England. Led by Clint Boon (keyboards) with Tom Hingley (vocals), Craig Gill (drums) and Graham Lambert (guitar). One of the better known rave bands from the Madchester scene, they split apart after being dropped by their label. 2003 saw the band successfully reform. The band has gone through several lead vocalists including Stephen Holt and Tom Hingley. Noel Gallagher of Oasis was a roadie for the Inspirals before forming Oasis! 1987-95/2003-present.
