ICEHOUSE
From Sydney, Australia. Led by Iva Davies (vocals) with Paul Wheeler (drums), Steve Bull (bass) and Max Lambert (piano). This band was originally a covers band called Flowers but changed their name to something harder to cash in on the new wave. Their music reaches into the Roxy Music/Spandau Ballet vein. Davies has also composed the music for two ballets that featured Icehouse as the performance band, "Boxes" and "Berlin". Their album "Man Of Colours" is the biggest selling album of all time in Australia! 1980-present.
