HUM
From Champagne, Illinois. Led by Matt Talbot (vocals/guitar) with Jeff Dimpsey (bass), Tim Lash (guitar) and Bryan St. Pere (drums). Dimpsey was a former member of The Poster Children. After almost ten years of inventive drone guitar rock, with a distinctly Illinois flavor, the band split in 2000. Lash went on to form the band Glifted, while Talbot formed Centaur. The band reunited for a one off gig in 2003 and Talbot toured under the Hum name in 2005. 1991-1997.
