HOODOO GURUS
From Sydney, Australia. Led by Dave Faulkner (vocals/guitar) with Rick Grossman (bass), Brad Shepherd (guitar) and Mark Kingsmill (drums). The Hoodoo's broke into the scene with their classic "I Want You Back" in 1984. They were consistently in the college and alternative charts throughout the 1980's and early 90's. Fun guitar pop all the way. The fun stopped in 1997 and happily resumed in 2004 after a very extended break. 1984-97/2004-present.
