From London. A duo of Jeremiah "Jeremy" Healy and Kate Garner. Garner took her dreadlocks and rag clothes look from her friend Boy George. She has since become an acclaimed professional photographer and lives in Los Angeles. Healy remains active as a producer and remixer. 1982-83.
