HAIRCUT 100
From London. Led by Nick Heyward (vocals/guitar) with Graham Jones (guitar), Les Nemes (bass), Phil Smith (saxophone), Mark Fox (percussion) and Blair Cunningham (drums). This group combined jazz, horns and pop to produce one of the best new wave albums of the early 80's. After Heyward left, the band made one more album and dissolved. Cunningham went on to play with The Pretenders for a time. 1982-83.
