IAN GOMM

From Chiswick, England.  A former member of Brinsley Schwarz and the first artist on Stiff Records to score a hit in America!  "Hold On" was a very easygoing song that fit in with the southern California sound that was constantly on the radio in 1979 but at heart not indicative of this power pop and pub rocker's roots.  Ian co-wrote the Nick Lowe hit "Cruel To Be Kind" as well.  1978-present.

see BRINSLEY SCHWARZ.
