GLEAMING SPIRES
From Los Angeles. Led by Les Bohem (vocals/bass) and David Kendrick (drums). Members of Sparks' rhythm section, this side project yielded a new wave gem ("Are You Ready For The Sex Girls?") but didn't go too far. Bohem dropped music to become a Hollywood scriptwriter and his latest success was the science fiction mini-series "Taken" in 2003. 1981-85.
