From Madison, Wisconsin. Led by Scottish chanteuse Shirley Manson (vocals) with Brian "Butch" Vig (drums), Doug "Duke" Erickson (guitar) and Steve Marker (bass). These former members of Spooner and Angelfish combined in 1995 for a stunning debut. Vig, a successful producer for years, turned all that production knowledge into something truly spectacular here. Borrowing from many genres and blending them together within the parameters of one song at a time has created something familiar but new! 1995-present.
