FISHBONE
From Los Angeles. This band started as a neo-ska outfit who have since mutated into a hardcore punk and funk band. Led by Angelo Moore (vocals/saxophone) with Deion (drums), John "Norwood" Fisher (bass), John McKnight (keyboards), Spacey T. (guitar) and Walter Kibby II (vocals/horns). Highly influential, they inspired much of southern California's 90's ska revival. Moore also has an alter ego called Dr. Mad-Vibe who gives poetry readings and is an outlet for his solo music. 1985-present.
