From Los Angeles. David Baerwald (vocals/guitar) and David Ricketts (guitar) formed this duo who performed only one album of apocalyptic tales of Los Angeles. Fascinating. Baerwald then proceeded with a solo career that has unfortunately been less than what many expected but he has been persistent. He is also responsible for forming the "Tuesday Night Music Club" that proved the inspiration for Sheryl Crow's breakthrough album. 1986.
