THE DARLING BUDS
From Cardiff, Wales, England. Led by Andrea Lewis (vocals) with Chris McDonogh (bass), Jimmy Hughes (drums) and Harley Farr (guitar). The band started with the same pop/new wave feel of Blondie and The Primitives but with each new album grew and expanded their sound to encompass psychedelia and dance. Since the group's demise, Andrea has become an actress. 1987-93.
