JARVIS COCKER

From Sheffield, England.  The former lead singer of Britpop icons Pulp.  Cocker (vocals/keyboards/guitar) formed his first band at age 15 that would later mutate into Pulp.  The skinny Mr. Cocker has always tried to make his own fashion statements to coincide with his image, from his famous frames to the latest, his shaggy beard and boardroom tie.  Cocker survived some infamy when he famously crashed the stage of a Michael Jackson performance at England's Brit Awards.  Moving to Paris with his family, Cocker's career took a backseat after the demise of Pulp in 2002, but his muse dictates that he returns from time to time to drop off some new music our way.  His estranged father is a radio DJ in Australia and as of 2010, Cocker himself can be heard as a DJ on BBC Radio 6.  Cocker plays the voice of Petey in the movie "The Fantastic Mr. Fox".  2005-present.   see PULP.
