From Los Angeles. Led by Seth "Shifty Shellshock" Binzer (rapper) and Brett "Epic" Mazur (vocals/producer) with Doug "Fayedoedeelay" Miller (bass), Antonio "Trouble" Lorrenzo (guitar), James Bradley Jr. aka "JBJ" (drums), Adam "DJ A.M." Goldstein (turntables) and Krayge "The Squirrel" Tyler (guitar). Shifty is yet another juvenile delinquent of the 90's with jail time behind him, taking his tattooed self and rapping his way to his personal 15 minutes of stardom. The band disssolved after the second album failed to make an impression. Many critics have pointed to Crazy Town as being the prime example of why the rap-rock hybrid was doomed to fail, using their music as an example of the worst of the genre. Former band guitarist Rust Epique died in 2004 at age 25 of a supposed heart attack. Shifty released a solo disc in 2004 to moderate success. 1999-2002.
