From England. Led by Steve Ignorant (vocals) and Penny Rimbaud (drums) with Pete Wright (bass), Eve Libertine (vocals), Joy de Vivre (vocals), N.A. Palmer (guitar) and Phil Free (guitar). An original British punk band from the first wave that stayed independent and thus found little exposure but a huge following none the less. 1977-84.
