From Perth, Australia. Led by Steve Kilbey (vocals/bass) with Peter Koppes (guitar), Marty Willson-Piper (guitar) and Tim Powles (drums). Kilbey's vocal style borders on gothic but the acoustic guitar sound of their music makes it an interesting combination. All members have been involved with their own solo projects which may help explain their longevity. 1981-present.
