THE BEARS
From Cincinnati, Ohio. Led by Adrian Belew (vocals/guitar) with Rob Fetters (vocals/guitar), Bob Nyswonger (bass) and Chris Arduser (drums). The band came into existence after Belew had produced an album for The Raisins and decided to join up with them for some fun and games. After Belew departed, The Bears/Raisins renamed themselves The Psychodots and released many more albums. In 1998, work began with Belew on a new Bears cd which was eventually released in 2001. Since then, they continue to reband every few years. 1987-88/2001-present.
