From Glasgow, Scotland. Led by Robert "Bobby Bluebell" Hodgens (vocals/guitar) with Ken McCluskey (vocals) and David McCluskey (drums), also including Craig Gannon (guitar), and Laurence Donegan (bass). Only one beautiful but noteworthy album as The Bluebells before the group began leaning more towards Celtic folk and renamed themselves The McCluskey Brothers without Hodgens vocals. Gannon departed for a slot in the latter version of The Smiths. Donegan ended up in Lloyd Cole's Commotions. 1983-84.
