ANGIE APARO
From Atlanta, Georgia. The bald and pierced Aparo is a modern troubadour and guitar poet who has carved an audience in his native southeast and looks to breakout nationwide. A one man band in essence, his sound has inspirations from grunge as well as pop. An imposing physical look notwithstanding, his high alto and songwriting talents reveal a deeper individual, proof coming in his song "Cry" becoming a major hit for Faith Hill a few years after its original release. The success has only deepened his resolve as a performer to reach a larger audience. 1995-present.
