ANY TROUBLE
From Crewe, England. Led by Clive Gregson (vocals/guitar) with Chris Parks (guitar), Phil Barns (bass) and Martin Hughes (drums). This brilliant quartet churned out some great guitar pop for Stiff and EMI. An overlooked gem of a band, worth rediscovering the next time you go vinyl hunting. After some success, they disbanded in 1984. Gregson went on to a prominent solo career and took time to tour as a backing musician for Richard Thompson. In 2005, the band decided to reunite and have recorded many demos. The perfectionist Gregson will take his time with this project until it is perfect, but to show they're serious, the band has activated an official web page! 1980-84.
