THE ADVENTURES
From Belfast, Ireland. Led by Terry Sharpe (vocals) and Pat Gribben (guitar) with Tony Ayre (bass), Gerard "Spud" Murphy (guitar), Jonathan Whitehead (keyboards), Eileen Gribben (vocals) and Paul Crowder (drums). The band was a spin off of Starjets, the first successful new wave band in Belfast. Starting with a very typical pop and new wave sound, they progressed over the years to a more acoustic styled group. Gribben has since become a sought after songwriter. 1984-93.
